W tym egzemplarzu udało się przekroczyć barierę 300 koni z silnika 1.4L, zachowując dobry powerband – samochód oprócz świetnej mocy, ma nadal dobry zakres użytecznych obrotów. Finalnie udało się osiągnąć 339KM, czyli 248KM z litra pojemności.

Bez ingerencji w silnik, wałek rozrządu, kolektor ssący.

Kluczem do sukcesu było odpowiednie dobranie osprzętu oraz matching turbosprężarki.

Trzeba przyznać że silnik jest naprawdę wytrzymały. Cieszymy się z osiągniętego wyniku i gratulujemy właścicielowi determinacji w budowie tego projektu.

In this spec, it was possible to break the barrier of 300HP from the 1.4L engine, while maintaining a good powerband – the car still has a good range of useful RPM. Finally, we managed to achieve 339KM, i.e. 248KM per liter of capacity.

No changes to the engine, camshaft, intake manifold.

The key to success was the proper selection of accessories and matching of the turbocharger.

Modifications:

-turbocharger twinscroll, ballbearing

-630cc injectors

-BaqExhaust exhaust manifold

-exhaust 2.5″ BaqExaust

-intake 2″ BaqExhaust

-larger intercooler

-AEM methanol injection

-map sensor 4 bar

Tuning the engine and gearbox:
